Executive Assistant and Delegated Secretary to the Board
Lynette joined the E-focus team in 2006 and moved into the Executive Assistant role in 2007, which involves administrative assistance to the Board, CEO and Executive Management team. Her main responsibilities are to ensure all business compliance is documented and reported to the Registering Government bodies (Consumer Affairs Victoria and Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission – ACNC). Another facet to the role is ensuring all tender submissions, contracts and funding grant applications are executed and submitted on time.
Lynette has previously worked in the life insurance and superannuation industry and brings strong administrative and organisational skills to this role. Lynette has Diplomas in Management and Human Resources Management.
In her spare time, besides being a mother of three children, she enjoys dancing, camping and socialising with her friends.
