Allister joined the board in April 2018. With an initial private sector background and then building significant experience in the public sector, Allister has been working for Banyule City Council since 2003. His current role as Strategic Development & Performance Coordinator sees Allister work alongside stakeholders to develop key plans and direction and promote initiatives for sustainable service delivery.

Joining the board in April 2018, Catherine comes with diverse financial oversight and management experience within banking, mining and manufacturing companies. Over the last four years Catherine has successfully transitioned from the Corporate Sector to the Community Sector working as a Financial Counsellor assisting some of the most vulnerable members of the community.

Lior Harel

Secretary

Lior Harel is the General Counsel and Company Secretary of Cronos Australia, a Melbourne-based company that is committed to providing Australian patients with access to the highest quality medicinal cannabis products. . Prior to Cronos Australia he was the Chief Legal Counsel of SEEK.com.au (ASX:SEK) with coverage of SEEK’s  Australian and Asian businesses.  He commenced his career at leading Australian commercial law firm, Arnold Bloch Leibler, rising to Senior Associate in the Corporate / Commercial and Banking and Finance teams.


Luigi dal Cin

Treasurer

Luigi joined the board in March 2017. He is an experienced Financial Controller with extensive experience as a key member of Executive Teams, managing all financial aspects of a business including Business Assurance and Risk Management together with effective human resource practices in recruitment, selection and performance management.

A Board member since June 2003 and Chairperson from May 2012. Monika has a Master degree in Innovation and Service Management and a Bachelor in Public Relations. Monika brings to the Board a strong sense of social justice, clear strategic thinking and both local and international understanding of the role of skills development in empowering local communities to grow and prosper.


Trent Curtin

Vice Chairperson

Joining the Board in September 2015, Trent has enjoyed a lengthy career serving the community with the Metropolitan Fire Brigade. He has performed a range of community focused roles and utilises his strategic leadership and emergency risk management skills across a number of disciplines.
